New Synergy Custom Homes, Inc. is owned and operated in North Central Texas by Behjat McElroy. She has applied her vast knowledge of business to the construction industry for the past 20 years, as owner and operating officer of several construction/development-related corporations in Texas. New Synergy Homes was established in 1997 and is based on a solid business background. Mrs. McElroy gives the personal attention and close supervision that are necessary on the job site to ensure quality results.
New Synergy Homes' business projections for the next several years include major activity in several of the developments offered by Centurion American/JBM Developments as well as other areas of the Metroplex. New Synergy has currently begun to build on some of the premier golf course-view, canal-view and lakeview lots they own at The Resort at Eagle Mountain Lake. In Northeast Tarrant County, New Synergy is building custom build jobs and speculative homes, including a $1 million model home in Hogan's Glen in Trophy Club, as well as homes priced from $400,000 to $800,000 in Williamsburg, an exclusive community offering a select number of half-acre homes site. Other construction sites are projected for Arlington and Dallas.
The design and building process of each New Synergy home is the combined result of input from each home buyer and New Synergy's knowledgeable, experienced superintendent, and the professional architects and interior decorators they work with. Mrs. McElroy's international background and woman's perspective influence some subtle yet important differences in the home designs of New Synergy Homes.
Homes in Europe, Asia and the Middle East are built to last forever, with thick walls and brick. New Synergy tries to apply some of those principles and ideas. Bright, open spaces are characteristic. A common design theme is carried throughout the inside and outside of the house. Kitchens are large, well designed, and pleasing to the eye. Also, in Europe, they don't have enough space. Every inch has to be utilized. Therefore, careful consideration is given to make best use of space and provide ample storage. Subtle colors and tasteful details are used for the decorating scheme to allow the homeowner's furniture and artwork to define the character of the home. Floor-to-ceiling faux-finished fireplaces, architectural detail, such as marbleized faux-furnished columns and archways with custom mural, ceramic tile floors and granite countertops are all regular occurrences in New Synergy Homes.
